6-3 Investment Analysis
The IA tab of the HF AMS Lifecycle Checklist indicates a number of HF questions that should be addressed as part of the IA stage. Examples includeinclude:
- Have the
humanHumanfactorsFactors implications of each alternative been determined for their impact on cost, benefits, schedule, and technical risks? - Do cost, schedule, and performance baselines reflect the detail necessary to cause the identification or resolution of human-system performance issues/risks?
- Does the Implementation Planning and Strategy Document reflect the recommended approach to manage the HF program for the project?
- Has the information from the HF assessment been incorporated in the Business Case and IA decision?
